Route Sales Representative - Non CDLPrimo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America with a focus on healthy hydration. We offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets.Position: Route Sales Representative - Non CDLReporting Location: Syracuse, NYPay: $56,160 per year + customer tips, paid weeklySchedule: Monday - Friday, starting between 6–7 am until route completion; occasional Saturdays may be required based on business needs.Benefits: Medical, dental and vision coverage; 401(k) with company match; paid time off; paid holidays; tuition reimbursement; employee discounts; parental leave; EAP; and additional voluntary benefitsResponsibilitiesSafely operate a commercial vehicle, follow established safe work practices, and complete required DOT documentation dailyFollow safety policies, including prohibited electronic device use while driving, and report on-the-job incidents or changes in driving statusProvide courteous, professional service and maintain a professional appearance when interacting with customers and the publicDeliver correct products to the appropriate customer location on the scheduled service day and within the expected timeframeMaintain accurate delivery records for all accounts, including cash and receiptsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and share actionable solutions with leadershipSupport team goals by contributing to decisions and assisting team members as neededProvide professional water dispenser cleaning services in accordance with established quality proceduresFollow Primo Brands pricing and promotion guidelinesUpsell additional products and services to existing customers and work toward monthly customer acquisition goalsQualificationsHigh school diploma, GED or equivalent work experienceAbility to obtain and/or maintain a CDL Class B license with air brake endorsement, as required for applicable CDL positionsService-oriented with strong face-to-face customer service and sales skillsAbility to work independently and efficiently in varying weather conditionsAbility to interact professionally with customers in a variety of settingsAbility to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs., using product handling tools as appropriate, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle an average of 40–55 times per dayAbility to work an average of 45 hours per week or more, including variable start and end timesAbility to alternate sitting, standing, pushing, pulling and walking throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working for Primo BrandsMust meet driving record requirements, including no more than one license in the past 3 years; no driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation; no disqualifying offenses; no more than 2 moving violations; no reckless driving incidents; and no major driving offenses in the past 3 years, including DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene, operating a commercial vehicle without a CDL or an at-fault fatal accidentMust be 21 years of age or older, as required by DOT regulations
