Nursing Home Administrator

Collaborate with staff : Work closely with nursing staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Develop and implement policies : Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure ongoing quality improvement and continuing education of staff.
Monitor and analyze performance : Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.

Competitive salary : $110,000 - $150,000 annually
