immediate openings for Automotive Service Technicians to perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair tasks.
Key Responsibilities: - Perform efficient, high-quality repairs as outlined on repair orders.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, suspension, and air conditioning.
- Use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and software to document and communicate repair needs, including video updates for customers.
- Test-drive vehicles to confirm repairs and diagnose further issues.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional services needed, providing time and cost estimates.
- Execute repairs to manufacturer specifications, including warranty work.
Qualifications - 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred (Volkswagen experience a huge plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification required
- Strong skills in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair
- Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
- Proficiency in electronic diagnostic tools and basic computer systems
- Friendly, positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
